Bulk (Half, Whole) Pork Deposit

Place a deposit on a bulk order for either a whole or half hog. Every year we schedule dates with local butchers to custom cut finished hogs in early fall (September/October). When a deposit is placed, we will coordinate with you around our next available date.

We charge $2.75 per lb hanging weight for wholes and $3.00 per lb hanging weight for halves (less your deposit). Customers are also charged for processing, which will vary depending on custom cutting instructions provided to the butcher.
