Bulk (Half, Whole) Lamb Deposit

Place a deposit on a bulk order for either a whole or half lamb. Every year we schedule dates with local butchers to custom cut finished lambs in early winter (December/January). When a deposit is placed, we will coordinate with you around our next available date.
 
We charge $5.00 per lb hanging weight for wholes and $5.25 for halves (less your deposit). Customers are also charged for processing, which will vary depending on custom cutting instructions provided to the butcher.
