Bulk (Quarter, Half, Whole) Beef Deposit

Place a deposit on a bulk order for either a whole, half, or mixed-quarter (with cuts from both the front and hind quarters) beef. Every year we schedule dates with local butchers to custom cut finished cattle in late summer (June/July) and early winter (December/January). When a deposit is placed, we will coordinate with you around our next available date.
 
We charge $3.75 per lb hanging weight for wholes and halves, and $4.00 per lb hanging weight for quarters (less your deposit). Customers are also charged for processing, which will vary depending on custom cutting instructions provided to the butcher.
