Flocks of laying hens and broilers travel across a sward of grass and forbs in our mobile chicken tractors (think hoop houses on skids). Each day the tractors are moved onto fresh pasture where chickens can forage for grasses, forbs, and insects. We supplement both flocks with feed ground from our own farm's non-GMO grains. Vibrant, golden egg yolks are a testament to the diverse and beta-carotene rich diet that make these birds stand out.
