We raise Berkshire Pigs, a heritage breed that produces some of the most flavorful pork. Our pigs are housed in a deep bedded system that receives fresh wheat straw on a weekly basis. We feed our pigs on feed ground from our own farm's non-GMO grains and give them access to the adjacent pig pasture where they can root and forage for cover crops.
